Back in the day I used to listen to a lot of music while doing Physiotherapy treatments and exercise. Yes, most of it was listened to on a Walkman. Midnight Oil were always big on my playlist. One line in this song really struck a cord with me.
“My life is a valuable thing, I want to keep it that way.”
This line really inspired me to do my Physio as I always thought my life was valuable and completing a treatment would keep it that way.
By completing treatments I would be able to go on and get a job, have a family and live life.
